PUEBLO – A Pueblo man is in jail and neighbors are cleaning up their apartment after the man fired a shotgun at his ceiling just before 1.30 a.m. Saturday morning.
Pueblo Police officers responded to an apartment on Barclay Dr. on a report of shots fired. They say they found a very intoxicated man with a shotgun. The gunshot went through his neighbor’s floor and into their ceiling. Luckily, no one was injured.
Officers recovered the shotgun and learned that it was stolen. The man was taken to a local hospital to be checked out and then booked into the Pueblo Jail.
Exactly what charges he’s facing are unknown right now.
