COLORADO SPRINGS – District 20 reports two set of threatening messages received late Monday have been deemed not credible by Colorado Springs Police.

According to the district, the threat to Liberty High School was immediately reported to district security and the Colorado Springs Police Department School Resource Officer.

Parents of students at Timberview Middle School were also notified of the non-credible threat because the campus is next door to the high school.

Academy District 20 wanted to get out ahead of any hype on social media to inform people it is business as usual at all campuses today.
