PUEBLO — District 70 is making sure every student without access to the internet still has the resources they need so they don't fall behind while schools are closed during the coronavirus crisis.

We are told about 4,500 work books are being sorted and sent out to schools in need.

"Just about every school is going to be picking up books. We've got work books going out all the way out to our schools in Avondale, and all the way out to Rye and Beulah ," said Todd Seip with Pueblo District 70.

D70 teachers will reach out to students by phone to make sure they stay up to date with the current curriculum.

Parents if you have any questions just call your child's teacher during their office hours.
