LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – Las Vegas police have released the shocking video of a woman seen pushing a 74-year-old man with off of a bus on March 21, 2019, near Fremont and 13th Street.
The man, 74-year-old Serge Fournier, initially refused medical treatment but went to the hospital later that day. On May 3, police were notified that the man had died from his injuries.
Homicide detectives took over the investigation and determined 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop was being argumentative with other passengers, including Fournier. When the bus stopped, police said she pushed him as he attempted to get off. She faces a charge for open murder on an elderly-vulnerable person and was arrested without incident on May 6.
Bishop is set to appear in court on May 21.
