No cars allowed in Garden of the Gods tomorrow. It’s for the third Motorless Morning. You and the family can enjoy the sunshine and silence throughout the entire park!
Cyclists and walkers will have roads and trails all to themselves from 5 a.m. – 12 p.m.
There’s also a variety of activities for the family! The Garden of the Gods Earth Day Celebration and Park Clean is tomorrow from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. There will be educational booths, crafts, and live animals from Nature’s Educators, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the Air Force Academy Falcons. Other highlights include free admission to the Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site, a chemical magic show and native american dancers.
You can park your car at the Garden of the Gods Trading Post at 324 Beckers Lane Manitou Springs or the temporary parking lot at Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site at the corner of N. 30th St. and Gateway Rd.
