WASHINGTON – A big toy brand is recalling an iconic product.

Fisher-Price is recalling 44,000 children’s Power Wheels Barbie Dream Campers because they keep running after the foot pedal is released.

There have been 17 complaints but no reported injuries so far.

The battery-operated vehicles are hot pink with blue accents and have the Barbie logo printed on the back. They include a play kitchen, fold out grill and a fake campfire.

The recalled Barbie Dream Campers have the model number FRC29 printed on a label under the hood.

The campers were sold exclusively at Walmarts nationwide and online from July 2018 through January 2019 for about $400.

Parents should take the product away from children and contact Fisher-Price for a free repair.
