(WPTV) A former NFL player is making headlines after taking down a stranger that was peeping into his daughter’s window at their Florida home.
Tony Beckham says he spotted the man standing outside of their home in Wellington Monday.
“I maybe thought he was a maintenance guy,” said Beckham. “But then he squatted down, and I could see his hand gestures moving. And I go, ‘What are you doing?'”
When the man started running, Beckham tackled him.
The suspect, 48-year-old Geoffrey Cassidy, was later arrested and pictured with bruises on his face in his mugshot.
