ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA – At least seven people are dead and seven others injured after a multi-vehicle collision sparks a massive fire on a I-75 near Gainesville, Florida.
Highway Patrol says two tractor-trailers, a sedan, and a passenger van were involved in the crash. The massive flames were fed by about 50 gallons of diesel fuel spilled in the collisions.
Rescuers are still searching the wooded area alone the interstate for multiple victims as they believe some may have fled the area or ejected in the crash.
