Sprinkler head break not impacting flights at Colorado Springs Airport

COLORADO SPRINGS – The Colorado Springs Airport announced it experienced a sprinkler head break during construction Monday.

The local airport said the break has not affected the COS’ concourse. Airport employees are now directing passengers and answering any questions people have.

The airport says all airport bathrooms are open and operational. There are no expected delays or impacts to the flight schedule.

Passengers are encouraged to arrive 90 minutes early to check in and pass security.
