Deer management plans to be discussed at Colorado Springs Town Hall

COLORADO SPRINGS – The City of Colorado Springs has announced a Town Hall meeting to discuss deer population management plans for the city.

Citizens of Colorado Springs are invited to discuss options for managing the city’s deer population with representatives from the city, as well as experts from Colorado Parks and Wildlife.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife will give a brief presentation about the City’s current issues regarding the deer population, after which comments and questions from the public are welcome.

The Town Hall meeting will be broadcast on SpringsTV Comcast channels 18 and 880(HD), Century Link Channel 18, and Facebook Live through the Colorado Springs City Council page (@coscitycouncil).

The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 15th, from 6-7:30 p.m. at City Hall.
