Vance Joseph is getting a second chance with the Denver Broncos after going 5-11 in his first season last year.
General manager John Elway pondered firing Joseph after a season in which the Broncos lost eight games by double digits.
But Elway decided he shared in the blame and has upgraded his roster heading into 2018.
