A paving project that includes digging out, patching and repair will begin on Tuesday at the intersection of Cedar Street, Yampa Street and Palmer Park Boulevard.
The 2C-funded project will cause a full closure of the intersection all the way through Aug. 10th. The work on the intersection originally began in June, but shallow utility lines extended the repair timeline. Crews plan on repaving the stretch of roadway after the needed repairs are completed.
Drivers should plan on taking an alternate route for the next couple of weeks minimum. Keep in mind that this project could take longer if we bad weather.
