Former District Attorney Investigator and El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputy Donald Fair was sentenced to 10 years to life on probation Tuesday morning.He pleaded guilty to sex assault on a child by a person of trust, a class 4 felony.44-year-old Fair was arrested back in August and the District Attorney’s Office says he was let go that very day. During the investigation Colorado Springs Police also learned that Fair had a history in law enforcement. He was employed as a Sheriff’s Deputy with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office for over 8 years.
