Twelve boys and their soccer coach rescued from a flooded cave in northern Thailand were released from the hospital Wednesday.

After an exciting and prolonged rescue effort, the boys and coach were brought out safely after being trapped for two weeks.

All of them have been recovering in the hospital since their rescue over three days early last week. The boys ad their coach spoke for the first time since the rescue.

A Thai government spokesman said doctors and psychologists took part in the news conference to filter questions and ensure the boy’s well-being.
