The Colorado Springs Fire Department and police are on the scene of a gas line that is leaking in a neighborhood near S. Academy Boulevard and the Hancock Expressway.
The leak is in the 3900 block of Patrick Drive. Neighbors said they smell natural gas in the area.
Colorado Springs Utilities is also on scene working to shut off the line, which was struck Tuesday afternoon.
