Colorado Springs firefighters responded to a manhole that appeared to have smoke coming out of it Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters were on scene at Garden of the Gods Road around 3 p.m. Sunday. Firefighters said the manhole may have blown up due to the ping pong sized hail that was falling in the area just moments before.
