The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says a missing at-risk adult was found safe a little more than an hour after an alert went out to the public.
There were concerns for the safety of 59-year-old Sandra Perry-Willar who was last seen wearing a black winter coat and black pants near Brockdell Drive in the Security-Widefield area.
