No one is hurt after a man backs a stolen car into a Colorado Springs Police cruiser early Thursday morning.
The vehicle was called in as suspicious in the parking lot of a business in the 3000 block of Jet Wing Drive just after 3:00 a.m.
The first officer on scene positioned his cruiser behind the vehicle and got out to talk to the driver. The driver appeared to be asleep and when he was awaken by the officer he put the car in reverse and backed into the marked cruiser.
The vehicle was found to be stolen out of North Dakota. The driver was charged with motor vehicle theft, identity theft and DUI.
