El Paso County says they now have drivers license services restored at at all five motor vehicle offices. The only service they tweeted that is still down is passport verification. There is no word on when that will be restored.
On Thursday, The Colorado Department of Revenue reported a statewide outage.
The department said the outage was due to an issue with the social security online verification system. This system allows the DMV to verify social security numbers in compliance with the REAL ID Act.
