COLORADO SPRINGS — The Coloado Springs Fire Department tweeted that firefighters quickly knocked down a fire at a self-storage facility in Colorado Springs Thursday morning.
Firefighters responded to 2345 Academy Place, which is near the intersection of Maizeland Road and Academy Bouelvard around 4 a.m.
The firefighters said they were able to get water on the fire quickly. As of 5 a.m., they finished their primary search of the area and they're waiting for fire investigators to come to the scene.
