PLAINS: Low: teens/20s; High: 40s. Isolated snow showers may linger until midday, with hit or miss accumulations. Becoming warmer in the afternoon.
WALSENBURG/TRINIDAD: Low: teens/20s; High: 40s. Breezy and chilly, but staying mostly dry Friday.

Saturday will be the better day of the weekend with sunshine and temperatures back to near average. Then another round of cold air and light snow will arrive Sunday, with light accumulations expected.
