Being an Army brat, Olivia Dickinson grew up all around the world. With that constant moving came one-of-a-kind opportunities: from attending journalism conferences in Yokosuka, Japan to studying news in Seville, Spain, she's been lucky enough to see the news from many different perspectives.
After stops in Washington state, Washington D.C., Germany, Pennsylvania, Colorado (during the Klondike-and-Snow-Era at the Denver Zoo,) South Korea and Texas, Olivia started her career in Lubbock, Texas. While attending Texas Tech University (Wreck 'Em!) she produced the noon newscast at KLBK. After graduating from Tech, Olivia began working full-time at KAMC/KLBK.
Olivia then hopped over to the East Coast producing the morning show and then a consumer/investigative newscast called 2 Wants to Know at WFMY in Greensboro, North Carolina.
From there Olivia moved to the West Coast to work at Q13 FOX in Seattle. There she launched a weekend morning newscast and then moved to the weekday Executive Producer position. She led the amazing team of journalists there to be the #1 local morning show for 11 months straight.
Olivia is so happy to be "home" in Colorado Springs where her parents, sister, brother-in-law, niece and two nephews live. The rest of the family isn't too far away in Texas.
Olivia loves exploring the cute boutiques, thrift shops and restaurants around Colorado and hanging out at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. She's always looking for suggestions of new spots to check out. She also loves sewing, reading, skiing and dogs.
