FORT CARSON – Fort Carson officials said crews are setting controlled burns on Fort Carson Friday that are highly visible in Fountain and to drivers on I-25.
The controlled burns are designed to cut down on wildfire risk, and following heavy snow last weekend, conditions are right for controlled burns.
If you see smoke coming from the area, please do not call 911.
