Former ‘Right at Home’ owner facing charges of financial crimes

COLORADO SPRINGS – The former owner of Right at Home in Colorado Springs is facing dozens of counts of money laundering and other financial crimes.

Colorado Springs Police said 58-year-old Mark Terry was under investigation even after selling the business in 2017.

He is charged with 25 counts of money laundering, one count of theft from an at-risk adult and attempted theft from an at-risk adult, all are felonies.

A former employee first noticed accounting irregularities in October of 2015 and reported it to authorities. The new owners of the business are not under investigation.
