Motorcyclist suffers serious, but non-life threatening injuries in crash

COLORADO SPRINGS – Fountain Police said a motorcyclist suffered serious bodily injuries in a crash near the Pikes Peak Community College entrance Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened around 4:30 p.m. and involved a motorcycle and single vehicle near the intersection of  S. Academy Blvd and Venetucci Blvd.

Police said the motorcyclist’s injuries are not life-threatening.

Fountain Police said drugs and alcohol are not considered factors in the crash at this time.
