COLORADO SPRINGS – A large power outage affected businesses and homes in the northeast Colorado Springs area. The boundaries set between Academy Blvd. and I-25 and between Pulpit Rock and I-25 to the north. With so many intersections dark, it caused numerous traffic issues around Academy and Briargate.
