TULSA, Okla – Police say an Arby’s manager confessed to tracking down a customer and shooting him after police say he spat in her face and threatened her.

It all started Saturday night at an Arby’s location in Tulsa when police said Arby’s Manager Deionna Young and a man identified as Desean Tallent were involved in an altercation at the store.

According to police, he threatened to “come back and hurt her” and spat in her face during the altercation.  Officers were flagged down by Young, and police said they wrote a report that named Tallent as an assault suspect.

Investigators then determined that Tallent came back later that night and circled the lot outside of the Arby’s, causing Young to run outside and get into her car. Police said she followed Tallent’s car and shot at the vehicle before returning to work.

Tallent was shot in “his upper torso” and crashed his car. Tulsa police said Young fully confessed to the shooting and told officers she destroyed the gun she used to shoot Tallent.

Police said she will be booked into jail on first-degree murder charges.
