COLORADO SPRINGS – Power is restored for a little over 2300 customers affected by the outage. It included the area of Vickers Drive, Montebello Drive, W Flintridge, Saddle Rock Road, N Academy, and N Union Blvd. Colorado Springs Police Communications also say lights are out at a number of intersections.
