Reports are swirling that the ‘Queen of Soul’ Aretha Franklin, is in very poor health.
A person close to the legendary artist has confirmed with The Associated Press that Franklin is hospitalized at this time and that she is seriously ill. Her family is reportedly gathered at the hospital.
The 76-year old has racked up 18 Grammy wins and 44 nominations during her career. Some of her best-known songs include “Respect” and “A natural woman.”
