Just after 4:00 a.m. Thursday morning, a 72-year-old man arrived at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo with a throat wound.
According to Pueblo P.D., the man said he had slashed his own throat.
The man told responding officers that he had left Pennsylvania four days earlier and was "tracked by the cops" the whole way to Pueblo.
Officers contacted authorities in Pennsylvania and discovered the man had no active warrants. They said it’s unclear how the man ended up in Pueblo.
According to Police, the man is expected to survive his self-inflicted injury.
