This weekend the Colorado Springs LGBT PrideFest starts at America the Beautiful Park. Saturday is Family Day with activities for kids of all ages and shows on two stages, which includes performances by Ada Vox who thrilled audiences on American Idol and Vanessa Venjie Mateo, who was featured in RuPaul’s Drag Race.
You can bring a picnic for your family, along with chairs and umbrellas for comfort. Your pet can come along too as long as you have a leash. Be aware that no weapons are allowed, unsealed drinks may not come into the festival area, and do not bring any aggressive pets. Security will be on hand to make sure this is a safe event for all.
Entry is just $5 for the entire weekend of events.
