The Air Force Academy will hold a court martial on Monday, May 7 for a cadet accused of sexual assault.
Cadet 1st Class Samuel K. Fuller has been charged with one specification alleging violation of Article 120, Uniform code of Military Justice. The code covers allegations of rape, sex assault and other sexual misconduct.
In a news release Thursday the academy stressed that the charges are accusations and Fuller is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
