Newly-released body camera footage of a Fort Collins, Colorado police officer forcing a college student to the ground is raising eyebrows.
In the video you can see Michaella Surat struggling with Officer Randy Klamser before being thrown to the ground.
The full body camera video was released by Surat’s attorney.
He says the video shows Surat was assaulted by Officer Klamser, who has been cleared of wrongdoing.
Klamser claims Surat tried to choke and slap him.
She was charged with assault, but those charges were dropped.
Surat was tried for resisting arrested in January, but that ended in a mistrial.
