Today's superfood is green peas.
Green peas have phenolic compounds and are high in fiber, both of which support the growth of good bacteria in your gut.
They are also in the legumes family, which has an anti-inflammatory effect.
Try some sauteed in a pan with olive oil, onion, or minced garlic. Or add them to your pasta dish.
