KOAA is getting an upgrade to give you a more powerful HD signal for a better viewing experience.
What does this mean for you? If you use an antenna to watch KOAA over the air, you’ll need to rescan your TV channels starting February 27 at 11:00 a.m. to keep receiving our signal.
KOAA has a hotline setup to assist people in this process. If you need help, call 844-296-9956 as early as 11:00 a.m.
Another option is to contact us using firstname.lastname@example.org, our technical staff will need to know your name, phone number and email to assist you, Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What do you need to do?
- Press the "menu" or "settings" button on your remote.
- Locate channels or tuner set-up.
- Look for "auto channel search" to scan for channels.
The rescan might take a while to finish, but don’t worry! Once the scan is complete, you’ll be able to enjoy all your favorite shows on KOAA.
If you have a cable provider, DirecTV or Dish, you can continue to enjoy our programming and do not need to take any action.
