KOAA is getting an upgrade to give you a more powerful HD signal for a better viewing experience.

What does this mean for you? If you use an antenna to watch KOAA over the air, you’ll need to rescan your TV channels starting February 27 at 11:00 a.m. to keep receiving our signal.

Another option is to contact us using repack@koaa.com, our technical staff will need to know your name, phone number and email to assist you, Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you live in the area of Canon City, KOAA is working to repair a translator that could be impacting your viewing area. The translator should be repaired during the week of March 9.

If you still need to rescan, here's what you need to do:

  • Press the "menu" or "settings" button on your remote.
  • Locate channels or tuner set-up.
  • Look for "auto channel search" to scan for channels.

The rescan might take a while to finish, but don’t worry! Once the scan is complete, you’ll be able to enjoy all your favorite shows on KOAA.
