Proudly sponsored by the Ute Pass Symphony Guild, this year's concert will be a celebration of our Nation and the communities of Woodland Park, Teller County, Colorado Springs and El Paso County after two years of devastating loss due to fires. Our Nation and communities stand firm and united as our National Anthem states "What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming" as we celebrate our Nation's birthday and victory of these area battles. Enjoy Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture in celebration of our Nation's founding. Bring a picnic or snacks; there will be food and beverage vendors at the concert as well.

Based out of New Orleans for the past couple of decades - save for a short, Katrina-imposed exile in Austin - the Iguanas define a sound of Americana that crosses cultures, styles, eras... and even languages. Collectively or individually the members of the Iguanas have played or recorded with everyone from Charlie Rich, Alex Chilton, and Willy DeVille to Emmylou Harris, Allen Toussaint and Pretty Lights. The band's eighth studio album, Juarez, was released in March 2014 - their first studio recording since 2012's Sin to Sin.
