President Bush is obviously getting into wedding mode as the family prepares for daughter Jenna's wedding day. The President made jokes about the wedding preparations at two events in Washington, DC on Wednesday.
Jenna is getting married in May and apparently the President is finding out exactly what it means to give a daughter away.
During comments at the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerice, the President said, "A lot has changed since I first spoke to this group. I had to face some very difficult spending decisions and I've had to conduct sensitive diplomacy. That's called planning for a wedding. La boda, de mi niñita."
While speaking before the National Republican Congressional Committee dinner, Bush said "I send, I bring greetings from First Lady Laura Bush. Thank you, she's doing great. She's wedding-planning right now so I appreciate the invitation to be here."
