Crews in Fountain are investigating an unknown white powder that was found along railroad tracks. Radio traffic between crews says the substance in running along the northbound track, close to Highway 85/87. A park official says a white powder found in a balloon near the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia was flour. The balloon was found Thursday inside the building that houses the Liberty Bell. The Liberty Bell Center and part of a street next to it were evacuated as a precaution.... more » -

A Community College of Aurora employee is accused of sending threatening letters with white powder to members of Congress, the Argentine embassy in Washington, and Argentine consulates in Los Angeles and New York.
