A unique combination of weather and timing has created a bigger mess than usual this year for residents of Russell Township, Ohio. This time of year, skunks are fattening up for the winter. They are tearing into yards and landscaping looking for food. Skunks are digging for grub worms.... more » -

State officials have approved new rules intended to protect Colorado's groundwater during a type of uranium mining that extracts the mineral by injecting a solution underground.
