Tolls will increase on E-470 in Denver on January 1. The road is not tax funded--most of the money to support the road comes from tolls. The increase comes out to about 20 percent for most vehicles. more » -

A woman who, police say, bound and taped her boyfriend's puppy to the side of a refrigerator last year was released out of jail early. Abby Toll was sentenced in July to 30 days in Boulder County Jail plus three years of probation on a conviction of aggravated animal cruelty.... more » -
