Good news tonight on the fire burning in Teller County, it's now 100% contained. Crews were able to surround the fire today, so all the evacuated homeowners can return as of 9:00 p.m. The Teller County Sheriff's Office has assigned two units to patrol the subdivision exclusively tonight.... more » -

The Teller County fire by the numbers: 0% containment, same 104 homes under voluntary evacuation, all but one have evacuated, still 50 acres, 80 firefighters on scene, 30 more on the way, Type 3 helicopter out of Monument dumping water. more »
