Colorado Springs City Council has adopted Ballot Issue 300 into the city code. A resolution containing an interpreted version of the issue passed on Tuesday by a 6-3 vote with councilmen Sean Paige, Tom Gallagher and Darryl Glenn all cast votes against the measure.
