Four people have been arrested after neighbors reported someone stealing metal from homes destroyed by the Waldo Canyon wildfire. Police patrolling the area stopped a vehicle as it was leaving on Sunday. They arrested Selina Blair, Liza Mcfadden-Rhane, Marshall Brooks, and Tero Rhane for suspicion of trespassing and theft.
