Colorado Springs Emergency Management is sending staff to Boulder County this morning to help bone-weary staffers there deal with day three of a wildfire that's leveled nearly 100 homes and other structures. Wildfire flares-up near Sand Dunes

3 cabins threatened by western Colorado wildfire

Crews fighting a 1½-square-mile wildfire in western Colorado are also putting out 17 smaller fires sparked by lightning. Fire information officer Lee Ann Loupe says a Sunday night storm sparked the new fires while crews were keeping the large fire away from three cabins and an outbuilding about 10 miles... more »
