Man acquitted in Colo. snowboarding crash with boy

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - A 22-year-old man who crashed into a 7-year-old while snowboarding in Snowmass in March was acquitted of reckless endangerment and third-degree assault charges. Crested Butte expansion proposal rebuffed again

A U.S. Forest Service official has affirmed a decision blocking Crested Butte Mountain Resort's plans to expand onto Snodgrass Mountain.
