    Third grade reading scores were released yesterday in Colorado and one school in Colorado Springs had a perfect score.     CSAP scores are out, those are the tests to assess how students and their schools are doing at meeting state standards. This year District 20 on the north end of Colorado Springs scored very well. Among large schools District 20 has the highest percentage of students scoring proficient or better.... more »
