Colorado scenic railroad keeping schedule despite fire

The Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad has returned to its normal operating schedule, despite last month's fire at an historic trestle in northern New Mexico. State police say 12 people are confirmed dead after flash floods triggered by heavy rains slammed a pair of campgrounds in southwestern Arkansas. Flash floods around a campground in western Arkansas have drowned 10 people after four to six inches of rain swamped the area, officials told NBC News on Friday.
