    With winds gusting to 70 miles an hour, utility companies are busy keeping the power on across southern Colorado. San Isabel Electric reports spotty power problems all day from Beulah to Trinidad. The biggest outage only affected 20 to 30 homes and it was fixed a few hours later.... more »
