The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge is open to traffic again following emergency repairs, ending days of frustration for Northern California commuters. An amazing photo is circulating the internet showing a cable and brace that snapped on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge during the Tuesday evening commute, raining debris down onto traffic.
