A sailor who first went missing in Afghanistan, and his body later recovered following a shootout, was identified as Petty Officer 2nd Class Justin McNeley, 30, of Wheatridge. A 16 year-old Australian girl has begun her bid to become the youngest person to sail solo and unassisted around the world.
